Themes are a wonderful way to spice up an event and to make it more interesting and memorable for everyone involved. Themed events can involve the guests dressing in costumes or if not then the theme can be conveyed through the decor and program. Here are a number of themed events that we can recommend. If you have any ideas of your own we will be happy to help you realise them.
1920's
This is a time when ladies were so very elegant and men knew what it meant to wear a proper hat. Guests can listen to jazz and discuss the latest fashion trends while sipping wine or for those not so inclined letting it all loose on the dance floor.gallery
Arabian nights
Don't men look different wearing an Arabian headdress? You can almost feel the heat and hear the drumming of hooves thundering across the smouldering desert. Well what about a pair of alluring eyes noticing you from behind a veil? What secrets do they have to tell? Exotic food, belly dancers and a market complete the evening.gallery
Carnival of Venice
Venetian masks and a program including cheeky statues help you lose your identity as you speak to someone who is not quite sure of your identity.gallery
Black and white
This is a classic program open to all kinds of interpretations. You can choose your favourite black and white movie as a theme or just let everyone interpret their own meaning of black and white. Room decor can easily be changed into black and white which makes this one of the easiest programs to arrange.gallery
Caribbean dreams
Here is a evening of cool cocktails and maybe a bit of limbo dancing for the adventurous (and flexible). Waiters can wear relaxed carribean style shirts as they welcome guests who can later enjoy a selection of fish, prawn and rice dishes. A extensive cocktail bar is a must for this evening.gallery
Carnival fever
Well actually this program includes a fashion show from through the ages (starting from the stone age) and then later a sword fight resulting in the death of a spurned lover. Belly dancing, Spanish dancing, juggler and arrogant moderator round off the evening. So this is not really a carnival but can you think of a better name for it?gallery
A night at the Oscars
Oscar night is all about the performers on stage. The program can include hip-hop dancers, musicians or comedians. Guests can receive a golden statue as a special award and decorations can be anything to do with Hollywood and the movies.gallery
Hello Hell
This is one hell you want to go too! Scary devils, handsome devils—there is some devil for every devil. Red lights, smoke, skeletons and coffins decorate the rooms and there is a devilish throne for you to feel a moment of power while you are being photographed. Certainly a dark night to remember.gallery
Route 66
Kick back and take it easy for this is Route 66 we are talking about, a route that is never straight but winds it's way around every obstacle it encounters. Watch the Harley Davidson's go bye while you try on one of their T-shirts and bandanas. This is a summer time event that loves to be outdoors where you can hear a bit of live rock 'n roll.gallery
Christmas time
Mulled wine and roasted chestnuts anyone? Let your guests enjoy all they love about Christmas with Bohemian arts and crafts to entertain both young and old. And to add to that Christmas feeling let everyone gather on the dance floor to forget the years stress and to prepare for the one to come. Merry Christmas all.gallery
A night in space
Can I say out of this world? Well I am saying it because it's true. Everything is dark except for starry highlights, tables wrapped in foil and waiters in space suits. Strange green and blue drinks welcome all guests and maybe, just maybe the odd alien might appear.gallery
